Facitilies Construction Estimating: This course will give you the tools you need to maintain financial control over every project by generating reliable estimates at every stage -- from initial go/no-go descision to final unit cost estimate -- in less time than you'd think.

Mechanical & Electrical Estimating : With HVAC, fire protection, plumbing and electrical systems accounting for up to 40% of the cost of a typical structure, the consequences can be significant when estimates come up short. This course will provide you with the skills you need to estimate any stage of any HVAC, fire protection, plumbing or electrical projects. 

RSMeans reserves all rights to refuse or deny any individual's attendance at, or participation in, its seminars for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation as a result of the individual's affiliation or suspected affiliation with any competitor of RSMeans.  If RSMeans determines that an individual should not attend or participate in a seminar after such individual has paid to attend or participate in the seminar, the individual's payment will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations accepted up to ten days prior to seminar start without a fee. A cancellation fee of $150 will be charged for each class cancelled within 10 business days prior to the start of the first day of the seminar.
